In order to provide you with our services we will hold your following information:

  • Bank Details where applicable for accounting purposes.


We gather this data from incoming enquiries, ongoing contracts, new clients, consultants and subcontractors. Your data is processed onto our systems and periodically backed up onto remote servers.

How do we use your personal data?

Your data is only used for legitimate business purposes relating to our services to you. We will not pass your information to other parties unless it is required to do so to fulfil our contracted work for you. All data disclosures will only be relevant to the particular requirements of the contracted works. We will handle all information in accordance with guidelines of the GDPR and any information held will only be relevant to the requirements of providing you with our services.

We will never sell your information to third parties.

We do not use your personal information for any direct marketing or promotional activities. We may from time to time wish to use information relevant to the service we provided to you, such as photographs and details of projects, we will only do this if we have received a signed agreement from you.

We will never use your personal information for promotional marketing.

How and where do we store your personal data?

We hold digital and physical files on record as relating to services provided. This information is stored on secure servers and in our secure archive store.

Do we share your personal data?

We will not share your personal data with any third parties for any purposes, except where it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you, such as a third party providing services on our behalf; or where we may be legally required to share certain personal data if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.

How long will we keep your personal data?

We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is deemed necessary for the provision of our services and in line with any insurance for services provided.

We normally update any changes to personal data within seven working days of any new or updated personal data being provided to us, to ensure that the personal data we hold about you is as accurate and up to date as possible.
